My name is Briselda, Chef and owner of PerMex Delights! Peruvian and Mexican catering services. I’m delighted to bring catering services to Lane County. I’m originally from Acapulco, Mexico, where I learned from my mother and grandmother the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishes infused with ancient, treasured flavors and techniques in their wood stove. Later, my curiosity for international flavors led me to learn Peruvian cuisine alongside my then mother-in-law.

PerMex Delights was founded to provide delicious Peruvian and Mexican food that is visually appealing and bring joy to our customers. We offer catering services for private and corporate events, small hands-on cooking classes, and at home private chef. We pride in using wholesome ingredients and using ancient cooking techniques to bring you an extraordinary experience. Afterall, we operate under the core believe that that life is too short for bland food.
