I’m originally from Acapulco, Mexico, where I learned from my mother and grandmother the art of crafting authentic Mexican dishes infused with ancient, treasured flavors and techniques in their wood stove. Later, my curiosity for international flavors led me to learn Peruvian cuisine alongside my then mother-in-law. PerMex Delights was founded to provide delicious cuisine and visually appealing dishes that bring joy to our customers. We believe that life is too short for ordinary food.
