Spring Break is here! PerMex Delights will host a fun two-day cooking camp, where students will learn essential cooking techniques and work alongside their peers to gain and develop new culinary skills in Peruvian and Mexican Cuisine. Held both days from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, students will build on skills through hands on practice with a set menu. Once they finish up each dish, students will sit in the dining room and enjoy their works!
Menu:
Wend. March 25th– Mexican Cuisine:
Beef Birria (A hearty beef stew cooked in selected Mexican spices)
Quesabirrias made with the beef birria
Horchata water
Saturday March 28th – Peruvian Cuisine:
Lomo Saltado (stir fry served over homemade french fries and white rice)
Chicha morada (purple corn drink)

COST: The cost for the 2-day Spring Break PerMex Cooking Camp is $120 per student and includes all ingredients and supplies, along with beverages.
Ages 12-17 are welcome to register for this cooking camp. Class is held on Wednesday and Saturday, and run from 3:30pm – 5:30pm.
Students will prepare and enjoy a complete meal each day of camp, and will receive daily recipes for future use.
72 hour notice of cancellation must be given for fee refund.
A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend. Please download and email to permexdelights@outlook.com before March 25th.
If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.
Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Oregon health code.
Spring Break Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY. Sorry, no parents allowed!!
A late fee of $10 will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.
