The term "Pollada" stems from the Spanish word "Pollo," meaning "Chicken." Our Pollada feast features roasted chicken, accompanied by slices of boiled potatoes, salad, and a variety of Peruvian dipping sauces.
Includes: 1/4 chicken served with a fresh salad and three dipping sauces, including ají verde, aji Amarillo and fiery green pepper sauce.
Serves 2. Additional servings, add $25 per person. Catering available at $25 and minimum of 6 servings.
