ADULT COOKING CLASS
What Are They?
Adult cooking classes are conducted by Chef Briselda, a highly skilled professional specializing in Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. She is also an educator with a background in teaching at the UO Lundquist College of Business within the Management Department, bringing valuable teaching experience to her culinary instruction.
In this class, participants will engage in a practical cooking experience. If you are a food enthusiast interested in exploring the history of the dishes, preparing authentic Peruvian and Mexican cuisine, learning about culinary tools, and enjoying the process, this is the ideal class for you.
Class Details:
- The Spring session will run from April 4th through June 12th, 2026.
- Classes are scheduled twice a month and take place on either Fridays or Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. See the spring schedule here
- This program is intended for adults aged 18+ who have prior experience with basic cooking tools and both heat and non-heat cooking techniques.
- Enrollment is limited to a maximum of nine students to promote an engaging, hands-on learning environment.
Pricing:
- $180 monthly or $50 drop in single class with 24 hour registration notice. Membership gets access to all classes (9+ per semester).
