PerMex Cooking Academy offers hands-on culinary classes for adults, teenagers ages 13-17, and children ages 9-12.
Our classes are led by Chef Briselda, a highly skilled professional with expertise in Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. She also has teaching experience from her role at the UO Lundquist College of Business within the Management Department, providing valuable educational insights to her culinary instruction.
The academy provides a practical cooking experience where participants can develop their skills. Whether you are a food enthusiast interested in exploring the history of dishes, preparing authentic Peruvian and Mexican cuisines, learning about culinary tools, or simply enjoying the cooking process, we invite you to join our classes and find the perfect program for you.
