KIDS COOKING CLASSES

What Are They?

Kids cooking classes are conducted by Chef Briselda, a highly skilled professional specializing in Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. She is also an educator with a background in teaching at the UO Lundquist College of Business within the Management Department, bringing valuable teaching experience to her culinary instruction.

In this class, your kids will learn fundamental culinary skills through hands-on activities, starting with an introduction to no-heat recipes and gradually progressing to cooking simple recipes with heat. This class is ideal for young enthusiasts interested in exploring new flavors, culinary tools, and preparing simple Mexican and Peruvian dishes.

Class Details: 

- Spring session runs from April 10th to June 12th 2026. No Class on May 15th 

- Class sessions are held weekly on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

- Designed for children ages 9 to 12

- Limited enrollment with a maximum of 9 students to ensure an interactive, hands-on learning environment.

Pricing:

- $180 per month (4 classes per month)

What Can You Expect: 

- A cooking demonstration and end-of-term celebration for parents to showcase their children's progress in developing culinary skills.

- An engaging and interactive experience for our children.

- A comprehensive schedule will be sent via email to registered participants.

-A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM must be filled out for your child to attend. Please download and email to permexdelights@outlook.com by start of classes.

-If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.

-Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Oregon health code.

-Cooking camps is DROP OFF ONLY! Sorry, no parents allowed!
