SPRING TEEN COOKING CLASSES

What Are They?

Teen cooking classes are conducted by Chef Briselda, a highly skilled professional specializing in Peruvian and Mexican cuisines. She is also an educator with a background in teaching at the UO Lundquist College of Business within the Management Department, bringing valuable teaching experience to her culinary instruction. 

This class offers participants a hands-on cooking experience. It is designed for teens ages 12 to 17 who have an interest in culinary arts and wish to explore the rich flavors of Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. Participants will learn about the history of the dishes being prepared while enjoying a fun and interactive cooking session.

Class Details: 

- Spring session runs from April 11th to June 12th 2026.

- Class sessions are held weekly on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM

- Designed for children ages 12-17 years old

- Limited enrollment with a maximum of 9 students to ensure an interactive, hands-on learning environment.

Pricing:

- $180 per month

- $540.00 per semester (10 weeks). Receive a 10% discount if paid in full.

What Can You Expect: 

- A cooking demonstration and end-of-term celebration for parents to showcase their teenager’s progress in developing culinary skills.

- An engaging and interactive experience for our teen.

- A comprehensive schedule will be sent via email to register participants.

Medical Form: A MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORMmust be filled out for your child to attend. Please download and email to permexdelights@outlook.com

  • If your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, we need to be notified at least 72 hours in advance in order to accommodate.

  • Students MUST wear close-toed shoes and tie back long hair as per Oregon health code.

  • Teen Spring Cooking Camp is DROP OFF ONLY.  Sorry, no parents allowed!!
    A late fee of $10 will be assessed for each 15 minutes of tardiness.
