In this class you will learn how to make a well-known Mexican street food sandwich crafted with a soft, light bread—also known as pambazo, made with bolillo—that is dipped in a flavorful, mild red guajillo chili sauce, pan-fried, and filled with seasoned potatoes and chorizo and topped with sour cream and queso fresco.
What to Expect:
- An intimate hands-on cooking class (max of 9 participants)
- Opportunities to build community while exploring the background and cultural significance of the dish.
-Our classes are always a good time full of laughter and great food.
- Participants are welcome to take any leftovers home.
